Studio Belkisa offers pottery workshops, memberships and handmade ceramic products.

Processing Time

All handmade ceramic pieces are carefully prepared and packed before shipping. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order size.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Local Pickup

Local pickup from our studio in Berlin may be available for selected products. Details will be provided during checkout.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage.
