Return & Refund Policy

Workshops

More than 14 days before the workshop:
Full refund.

7–14 days before the workshop:
Studio credit for a future booking.

Less than 7 days before the workshop:
No refund.

If Studio Belkisa cancels a workshop, participants may choose between a full refund or a transfer to another date.

Ceramic Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
